HOLD THE DATE! 29th Annual Fish Fry

The 29th Annual Fish Fry will be held on Friday, May 3, 2013.

Dear SINHG Members and friends -

As we embark on our 31st year, plans are already underway for great trips, interesting evening programs and our very special Soup Supper and Fish Fry social events.

Planning for the fall season of trips is complete and detailed information accompanies this message. Ilse Calcagno and Jean Conyers, Trip Planning Co-Chairs, and their team of planners organized 25 trips for the fall season. Please return your selections to Ellen Coughlin, Trip Coordinator, who will make the actual trip assignments.

Membership renewal information and volunteer forms are also attached. Please be sure to return these to Kathy Maher, Membership Chair.

All of our programs are heavily dependent upon volunteers, particularly in the area of trip planning. If trip planning is not your 'thing', there are many other areas where help is needed. Please consider signing up to help ensure the continuing success of our Natural History Group.

Evening programs will begin on Thursday, September13th. Go ahead and mark your calendar now. More detailed information will be emailed before the event.

SINHG has evolved into a terrific educational organization, helping us to learn more about the region we live in, our local environment and the creatures, great and small, with whom we share it. Our efforts to share this environmental education with local elementary and middle school students continue to grow. We also look forward to working with Camp St. Christopher digging into the history of Seabrook Island.

Information about all SINHG activities is available on the website - www.sinhg.org. Please check it out!

We're looking forward to another year of good times and great fun. Please join us and get involved.

Sincerely,

Janet Gorski President
