Bobcat Dune Nature Walk


Difficulty level: 1 (It is entirely a boardwalk)

Location:
There are 2 access points:
  1. Turn off Seabrook Island Road onto Oyster Catcher Court. Follow the road past the SIPOA Community Center and into Ocean Point community. The small parking area is on the right, just before Sea Trail Road. The boardwalk exits the parking area toward the ocean.
  2. Park in the SIPOA Community Center parking lot. Go through the short path at the back of the parking lot to Rolling Dune Road and follow boardwalk #1A. Close to the ocean, the nature trail boardwalk splits off to the left.

Trail Description:
This trail runs through the dunes and is very sunny. It is easy walking because it consists entirely of a boardwalk. If you start at Oyster Catcher Court, go right at the first fork. The trail doesn't have a name yet, but SINHG will sponsor a naming contest in February.
