Maria moved to Charleston from Lyon, France in 1977. She worked in marketing and fashion for 30 years during which time she helped to restart the Alliance Francais in Charleston. Working with local chefs, Marie became interested in cooking and began giving cooking lessons. She conducts monthly cooking classes for the Alliance where she enjoys sharing her passion for food and cooking in an informal class atmosphere. We will gather in Marie’s kitchen at her home in Mt. Pleasant. There she will teach us how to make the three course French dinner and send us home with the recipes. We will meet in Mt. Pleasant at 11:30 at 1990 Belair Court.
